The BEE SECURE Helpline (Tel: 8002 1234) is a free, anonymous and confidential helpline for all citizens regarding online security and deals with cases of personal incidents such as personal offenses, cyberharassment, commercial abuse, false information (“hoax”) etc. Callers will benefit from personalized help and assistance.
This helpline is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and can only be reached from the Luxembourg network.
